On behalf of the Specialized Transit Services of the London Transit Commission we would like to nominate Caroline Roy the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, Larry Ducharme. Caroline compliments the organization with her youthful enthusiasm and dedication to happiness. She has only been with LTC for one year we cherish this short time we have had the privilege and opportunity to work with Caroline.
