All orders are guaranteed to be fresh and beautiful. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will replace it or refund your money. All we ask is your feedback so we can improve our service.

Please contact us immediately if your floral gift has arrived in a condition that would not meet our high standard.

Fresh arrangements should last 7 or more days if properly cared for. Roses have a vase life upwards of 7 days, even after reaching full bloom. Planter baskets will last for several weeks, if watered regularly. Please note that some seasonal flowers (i.e. iris, tulips and daffodils) may only last 3-5 days. This is a characteristic of the flower, and we only guarantee these flowers for this amount of time. 

Not all flowers, plants or containers are available in all areas at all times. We reserve the right to substitute flowers, plants or containers with similar products, while maintaining the look, theme and colour scheme of the ordered item. Planters are by nature unique items, and each one will be different.
